  I would really really like to give this review zero stars which is I canâ??t own up to give one star this because EE There really list less they have no idea what Iâ??m talking about a map to live on the BT website checking the TV and brought my landline deal and when I asked every single one ofEE I have no idea what Iâ??m talking about every single one of them that dad and I was actually on about the TV and and broadband I was asking about the BT TV box of self and the app and I have no idea what Iâ??m talking about why do they sell EETV and broadband a BET TV broadband online line why are they calledEE that company if they have no idea what Iâ??m talking about if I was them tested close down into it that should be opposite obsolete because they have no idea what Iâ??m talking about this sooner one in the shop close down the better I cannot believe they have no idea what Iâ??m talking what Iâ??m talking about what a good like it if if if if I was the seller seller and that was the customer and I have no idea what what what Iâ??m talking about what are you going to do about it? If I was them if I am there cause the motor to know what theyâ??re talking about, ups I Woodleigh less less that stupid woman always telling me off

  This place I believe is the most cheekiest and most pathetic company I have ever delt with in my entire life. The way I was pressured into buying a bundle and the way they were preying on my grandparents nievety towards modern technology to get them to upgrade and pay more from there current devices. This was not all we were informed that there was an upgrade for a certain make of a phone and that they could upgrade it to a more modern make without any fee via the use of a trade deal, we alerted the member of staff that we were dealing with and informed him that the phone had a small crack and he categorically and emphatically stated that this would make no difference to the trade and continued to reassure us. He then insisted that it would be cheaper to add a Samsung Galaxy S9 to the deal it would be cheaper, we then went ahead with this. Until he announced additional costs which added the total to a lot more than we were told originally and as we were about to proceed his manager said the crack would cost and add on an additional £50 this was after we were informed of this information. They have no customer loyalty what so ever, and was the contract is up no more of our custom will be given to them and we will rejoin with Three where we treated with respect and informed of any changes to the deal before making arrange details etc. They may think this is just one customer there losing but it is not A.) They have lost out on a lot of money with the bundle AND B.) All our family and friends will leave also when their time is finished as many of them also have been treated with disrespect is this was the tipping point SHOCKING!!!
