So I called on the Thursday to make an appoinment. I explained on the phone that i had bit my nails down and need extensions. The lady advised on what I would need so I agreed as she is the professional. I arrived in plenty of time for my appointment but had to wait 20mins to be seen. The lady then took a look at my nails and said there wasnt much she could do as she doesnt have the time, She then put some pink nail varnish stuff on to deter my nail biteing that basically came of in chunks the day after. She charged me £20 for this. Needless to say i was dissapointed. I went to the nail bar on the balcony in town on the Monday and now have the fantastic nails that I originally wanted beauty box to do. The new nails took 35mins so im not sure why beauty box couldn't do it.

I have been using this business for 8 year now, and I can clearly remember the first time I walked in, the staff's were amazing and very welcoming. The work they do is exquisite. I'll definitely be recommending this business.
