Pretty abysmal service.Despite booking online three days prior and arriving punctually for my appointment, I was informed that my tires hadn't arrived and they only knew about the job the day before. The staff member offered no resolution and instead insinuated blame on my end, stating, "this is what happens with online booking."When I requested to speak with management, it turned out the unhelpful staff member was the manager, displaying a complete lack of interest in resolving the issue. I left without tires, down £500, and with two screws in two of my tires. To make matters worse, this occurred on a Sunday with customer service inaccessible.I wouldn't normally leave a review but the lack of interest in resolving their mess up was shocking.Contacted customer service on the Monday, got my tyres couriered to Kettering KwikFit who were brilliant.

Reece, your man in Corby was great gave me a couple of options re bald tyres. Very please with his helpfulness and that they managed to sort things that morning

When I got there, they was very polite They said it would be ready in about 3/4 of an hour. When I got back the paperwork was done they passed my keys over I think them and left very satisfied with the service.

After failing to fit my tyres through fleet, because they couldn't wait for authorisation was told they'll get the authorisation for over the weekend and call me. Heard nothing! When I went down to find out what was happening was then told they won't be able to get authorisation at the weekend from the same guy. Thanks for wasting my time!

Amazing service, "can do attitude" and desire to help out. Absolutely love the guys, who are friendly, professional and quick to respond. I'd come back any time, which I do actually when I experience a problem & will, no doubt, recommend Kwik Fit Corby branch to everybody I know. A++++

Very welcoming and friendly staff, I had Will and Reece help me with a puncture in my tyre. Really quick turn around, so if you're looking for someone reliable with good service then I would recommend them. Thank you for your help ? ??

Had some work done here on my car a few months back and the team were great, especially the manager Will. quite reasonably priced for a chain as well
