Having left Corby urgent care at 7pm on a Sunday evening, I was stunned to find a chemist open on a Sunday evening until 8pm. Kudos to both the chemist and the staff for offering such a fabulous late night service on a weekend.

The pharmacy was the 5th place I visited and they finally had stock of one of the items needed and an alternative of another. The pharmacist was very helpful and the service was good too. Thank you

Staff are friendly but it takes sooo long to wait for your prescription. They barely answer the phone either. It's great they open late though.

The Pickfords Pharmacy is lovely in Corby that I've had the pleasure of visiting now and again, I've liked that there is always someone available to help. I had an issue and I went to the pharmacy to discuss the problems I was having they gave me a cream for it and the rash on the back of my hand went away. I've come here for the flu jags too and that's always done respectfully and there are never any issues. Whenever walking past it's always busy and very popular but the queue gets cleared quickly showing that the staff know how to handle the pressure. Keep it up, a great place if you ask me!

I can't fault this pharmacy at all everyone is very helpful especially ra j. He is friendly and approachable. My partners mum has been with this pharmacy for years and said she hasn't had a problem.

I recently visited this pharmacy and was absolutely shocked by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene. The entire store was dirty, cluttered and it was clear that the place had not been cleaned in a long time.The floor have rubbish and dirt, with stains and spills. The desks and shelves have dust, writings and grime.To make matters worse, the staff expected customers to talk to them through a dirty plastic screen that looked like it had never been cleaned. It was extremely unhygienic and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this pharmacy. It was clear that the staff did not take pride in the appearance of the store, and that basic hygiene standards were not being met. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, and I will definitely not be returning. It's important for pharmacies to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, especially during a time when health and safety are of utmost importance.

I called to speak to the pharmacist about some advice on alternative medication, the pharmacist Raj was so polite, kind and caring, listened to my concerns and even did some research for me to ensure I had the right information, I can't thank Raj enough for his time, patience and dedication to putting patients first, thank you!

Excellent and efficient service considering it is a very busy pharmacy. Friendly and helpful staff. The only pharmacy in town that is open late most evenings so excellent if you need something outside the typical working day hours.

First and last experience with this place, i went in for a prescription on monday for a 10 day course of 80 meds and i was given 28 and told to come back wednesday to get the rest. I came in wednesday and was refused the medication as them not having them but was told ?hopefully your immune system will fight it off? Which pickfords is now denying them saying it. Phoned several times with no answer, finally answered and got told my medication would be put to the side for me. My sister went to get it for me and got told that they had full filed my prescription which they hadn?t (they didn?t even give me a 5 day course). Finally got my prescription after so much unnecessary hassle. Pharmacy had so many good reviews i expected it to be amazing but would not recommend it to anyone

Prepared to leave my aged mother without her medication (althzeimers, heart etc) as they couldn?t get through on the phone to tell her they had started to charge £3.99 for delivery. Disgusting.
