Had to sent a parcel using UPS and I?d never used them before. I didn't have a clue about the label and where they should go! The gentleman that served was super helpful. He basically did all the labelling for me so I could watch and see how it?s done! I can?t thank him and the young lady enough! ??????????

We have had food from here for over a decade. Generally reliable quality of food. On Friday the 25th of November we phoned in an order for delivery. It was a good size order coming to over £50. When it was delivered it was in a box. On emptying the box we found curry sauce over a couple of other containers and a large pool of curry sauce on the bottom of the box. I phoned New Chois to complain about the mess they had delivered and about one of the meals being half empty due to very poor packing. The person who answered the phone told me that when the delivery person got back they would have them call me to sort it out. It is now,at time of writing, Tuesday 1st of December. I am still waiting for them to call back. In the intervening days I have called New Chois on two seperate occassions and asked to speak to the manager. I've been told each time that they weren't there. The lack of respect they are showing to a customer with a legitimate complaint,their food isn't cheap, is breathtaking. I am amazed in this current economical climate that they can afford to ignore and not engage with long-standing customers trying to communicate with them. I cannot recommend a take-away that will happily take your money but don't care,indeed actively ignore it's customers, if they dare to question if the service matches their prices. The simple solution now is we wont be using them again. We will go elsewhere, there is plenty of competition.

I find the staff and owners very polite and helpful. They are always willing to pass the time of day with you. Great family run business.

WHAT A PLACE! i came to visit family this weekend and they order from here every week. I live in derby and it was the first time i tried food from here after the family recommended it. I can honestly Say this was the best Chinese I've had in my 40 years of life. The salt and chilli chicken balls and chips were out of this world! The rest of the food was amazing too but i will take home the super taste of them chips and balls!!

My experience has caused me mental health.The lady that works this shop has made my experience a living hell.Ordering me to return food to the shelf and stand back of que.Embarrassed me infront of costumers.Oh and assaulted me too.By looks of things I'm not the only one and something needs to be done about this place

I tried to drop off two tyres for UPS pickup. Woman behind the counter refused to take them by informing me and I quote ? UPS won?t take them because they are two heavy, they are two big and they won?t take them? I told her I have a UPS account and have a label also, she still refused. She then picked up her UPS scanner and tapped the screen saying ?oh it?s broken anyway? I contacted UPS who were shocked and apologetic to me. They informed me they are now investigating. I then dropped off at the Warsaw Supermarket 95 Occupation road who were fantastic.

This shop is UPS drop off point.Lady at the counter not very helpful.She refused to give the confirmation for parcel that I wanted to drop off. A parcel worth more than £100.Can't just leave it and go!!"U go somewhere else if u not trust me" NOT professional.

Absolutely terrible experience, tried to cash a £5 lottery ticket, and was told I could not cash it in because I hadn't bought it from there store, then tried to put the lottery on,for the week £12 ,using my bank debt card ,she printed the tickets off,and when I presented my bank card, she said cash only for the lottery, NEVER GOING TO THIS STORE AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM, PREMIER PYCHELY COURT, I would definitely give them a minus 5, but sadly the review status doesn't go into minus

If you want to a real life "Basil Fawlty" experience don't spend hundreds going to Cornwall but just visit this place. You will be greeted by the rude owner who charges extra for using debit cards (against the law) and refuses to take UPS parcels at weekends because they (UPS) don't take any responsibility.This has got to be one of the rudest shops in Corby.

Came in to the shop to buy a drink, I was stood next to a shop assistant at all times so I went into my bag to get change out to pay, went to the till and the shop keepers started asking me if I wanted cans? I still don?t get this but after I paid they then in front of busy shop started saying they thought I was a stealing because I kept sneaking in and out of my bag. I went in my bag once in front of a worker, then went straight to the till. I wasn?t in there for long at all, and if they would have said it before I paid I would have walked out. Looking at the other reviews it seems like treating customers badly is common place for them, maybe they should be in another job in that case.
