Possibly the slowest turnaround of a parcel ever seen. Pay for 1st class signed for and day number 6 the parcel still has not been delivered! The tracking completely useless! Will not use royal mail to send a parcel again...person on phone says if it still hasnt been delivered by 14 days then can make a claim!!! Dont know why this is called 1st class! Poor, next time will use another courier (alot cheaper) and not have a buyer waiting over a week for there delivery on a '1st class' service. Joke...

Says out for delivery since Thursday, still saying the same thing, says 2 attempts to deliver, which Is a lie I been in this is the 3rd day and no one has turned up, absolutely disgusting service, do you think people have 3 days to waste waiting for a parcels, £80 worth of stuff, they probably lost it! From now on i will be checking who people use as a courier because I will refuse to buy any products if it is deliveted by royal mail.

All ladies try to do the best but I believe new owners try save some money and they reduce staff level. I sending today special delivery parcels and due to high number of parcels I asking owner if I can double check if I not made mistakes on 2 of them. I can?t believe he refused to make the extra check!!! He?s not interested to help!!! Ridiculous behaviour and experience. If you not happy with your job just stay at home

What is wrong with you guys??? This is serious? You really need to train you people how to use a device, how to find an address and so on. It's crazy the amount of parcels that are delivered to the wrong address, that are lost on the way, that are damaged and so on. Especially is something very, very wrong on Corby Depot. We are paying for you service and we are expecting to receive it. I hope that the Corby Depot management will take action and they will check what is going on. Shame on you. You are destroying the small business. You are robbing the customers by charge for a service and not doing it, or pretend that you are doing it. You have to look carefully of the mailman that is operating in the NN18 area.

Don't bother booking a collection if your anywhere near nn18 as they never bother collecting it "EVERY TIME" they put up an excuse of parcel not available for collection when I was sitting by the front door and not once did you come to the door!.Worst royal mail depo I have ever had to deal with ever!Tried to call the help line.. 60 minutes wait!No wonder your going under... I would rather use ANYONE ELSE!

Royal mail are a disgrace said they attempted delivery and said no one was in according to there online page..the fact they didn't card me to say I missed them,,the fact I'm home 24-7 and I even have cctv,,no postie came..the lazy sod just didn't want to get out his van whilst raining..and now thanks to them I can't get my parcel...thank RM

Unprofessional posties, when an envelope clearly says 'dont bend' due to sensitive docs, the postie will repeatedly force it in half through the letter box, ripping bits off the envelope and leave the letter box flap open. They wont bother knocking the door to see if someone's in- the least you can expect with a pricey tracked 24 service! Additionally, they have missed 2 back to back collections and I have to go to the post office everytime. If you can't meet your promise, let the customer know or just don't offer the service in the first place.I hope someone in Royal Mail management reads these.

Terrible service.They never ever deliver on time, on numerous occasions I?ve had to stay at home because my parcel needs a signature, and do they turn up? NO!Instead they apparently try to deliver the following day without any confirmation!I would urge anyone to use another delivery service if they can.

5,000+ delivers over amazon never EVER any issues,with royal mail about 20-30 , spend hours waiting for parcels got shady message saying that I arranged today my parcel to not be delivered to this adress HOWEVER will be re-aranged for delivery tomorrow?!?!?! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY I GOT.

Lost my parcel ?? yet tracking still says it is ready for delivery now have to wait for an investigation as it vanished off there system. It's obvious that between there employees someone made it vanish a parcel don't grow legs and walk out or take itself off the system. I was tracking it and it was out for delivery then the click and collect shop request for delivery next day so then the tracking said it will be delivered 3pm next day. But when a called they said they only have it arriving and there is nothing more on the system about it after that.....

On few occasions now is happened that post man automatically try delivering on next working day if first attempt fails but in case I am not home and I book a redelivery for an exact date as for a Saturday only confirmation email comes but never the parcel leaving the depo in the confirmed date! They also not trying safe place stated or neighbour in case of that being requested! Unless the parcel fits true the door than all good as they put it true.Most of times they don?t leave the red slip and sorting centre not very happy when you go without it which isn?t my fault they do not leave one!Opening times to collect parcels from 8-10 people are at work during this hours, and few occasions within they schedule they put note on the door that is closed!! Not sure what?s going on as until this summer they were always spot on!
