Wasn?t impressed with their customer service so I didn't purchase carpet from this company. In the showroom I was pointed to the cheap carpet only (they must sell allot of) I asked for extra advice on other types of carpet so I could make an informed decision, however it was rushed so they could get to the next customer walking around the showroom. Someone came to the house to measure the rooms, this person said very little and didn?t try to offer advice or engage with me. After he left I never heard anything more from the company. No follow up calls etc.. Bizarre.

Great shop, went in for some advice and ball park figures for flooring for an extension and they couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely be coming back when we're ready.

Alpine carpets have fitted flooring to two properties belonging to one of our Landlord clients, we were so impressed with the price and service we received I got them to fit a new bedroom carpet to my sons room. He loves it! They will be fitting a new carpet and underlay to my bedroom in the near future.....great service at a great price, highly recommended!
