By far the best and most reliable post office in the area with the best trained staff. I have sent over 5000 items through here and tried all the other post offices in the area, this is easily the best one over 10+ years of consistently good service!

I went into this post office to change my address on my driving license. The guy behind the counter said he wouldn't do it as it takes to long and will create a queue. There was no one else apart from myself. He told me to come back at 9.30 when his collegue came in to work. He then told me it only takes 5 minutes to serve me. Contradiction to what he said at the beginning. I said if it only takes 5 minutes and no one else is queung why are'nt you serving me? He had not got a good enough answer and by the time we argued, he could have just served me. Terrible customer service and excuses for not wanting to do his job and very rude.. Needless to say, i won't be going back there.

This store has been brilliant with our click and collect parcels from amazon at the post office part. Staff are lovely. The shop is stocked really well with lots of different things to buy. We brought some graph paper, hard to find. Reasonably priced too.

As this is the only post office for miles, due to so many closures of village post offices, Kam's is my 'go to'. I'm a regular customer and have built up a great relationship with the staff, they always greet me with a smile and take the time to process my mail with efficiency and care. Cutting a long story short......Last week I left my bank card in error ( senior moment!), the staff found it and kept it in a safe place until I collected it. With the new £100.00 contact less limit I could have lost a lot of money had someone 'unscrupulous' picked it up. But fortunately for me, the honest angels at Kams found it. They have reassured me that there are still so many wonderful, honest people in this world, and I am so grateful to them. Bless you all, I can't thank you enough.

Absolutely shocking experience at Daventry Post office. Served by a rude lady named Debbie, who was extremely abrupt unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Clear to see from other reviews, that other customers have complained about her also with similar experiences. Clearly needs training on customer service and manners!

The 'Mature' lady service assistant has no customer skills at all, very blunt in her mannerisms, wouldn't hurt her to smile or be polite in her dealings. Clearly doesn't enjoy her job, it costs nothing to be nice, leave your bad day at home or go home. Will go elsewhere in future!
