not good hours for working customers, shutting at 2pm gives us no chance to collect items after work and even if you get there before 9 parking is an issue due to nearby school

Unfortunately, parcel arrived at different address, you have to run around the blocks to fetched it, when they are charging expensive fees for tracking deliveries. Bizarre services and no one cares, because its not their dumn parcel! Why would you use royal mail, if you can just do it yourself for free?!

Coming from a working family we both work 6am till 2pm Monday till Friday and I can only collect my missed parcels on a sat because of the silly opening hours that?s Monday to Friday 8 am till 2 pm they are open Saturdays 8 till 12 I can see why other parcel companies are taking away business from them

I gave one star because redirection delivery is not working with the Daventry RM. They have service on the website - redirect at different address if you not ar home and we will deliver it to you, --, but it's not, they continue trying deliver it to my home address when I am not at home! Post office open at such short hours that all purpose of their service has no sense. They good at delivering the junk mails bit when it's come to proper delivery their service is not fit for purpose.

After using Google to find the opening times, which states for Thursdays 8 till 1 and 4 till 6, i popped in, after waiting nearly 20 minutes, a member of staff came out. He spoke to myself and an other customer in a rude and very unprofessional manner, because they've changed their times which apparently states on their Web site, which was temporary down, his words. Then told us that he is not serving us. With all the trouble royal mail are having recently, I would of thought the member of staff would of been a lot more professional and polite. Needless to say I'm one very disappointed customer.

Meant to be open @ 08am this morning til 1pm. It wasn't. 40 min round trip wasted as had to come back. I was told it woulbe open at 3pm. It wasn't , had to wait until 4pm for service. Not impressed

On having to pay payment for not enough postage i find that actually the correct postage was paid by one of our business customers i thought a trip to the sorting office would easily sort this out but no the gentleman gave me a card and said nothing i can do contact customer services,no explanation and not really very nice is it a wonder people go elsewhere!

Would appreciate the opening times on the card being written. Being 8 months pregnant and barely managing to get there, refused my parcel, with diabetes items, as the opening times are 8-10 for collection and one evening. Disgraceful service

Poor service most times I use it to collect parcels due to unworkable timings and timings not being the same as online.What happened to the 0800 to 1700 timings surely they aren't breaking this covid BS.
