Absolute joke of a garage. Staff barely understand English. Are rude and on there phones constantly. They lie about there product prices to sell you the highest priced items and are arrogant while doing so.My advice, boycott shell and use Morrison's instead.Decent staff, prices are fair and you'll have an all round better experience.Thanks shell, and the best of luck on further alienating your customers.

Poor service,Fuel was not working showing different figures from pump machine to the cashier machine.The pump machine stopped working due to errors flashing on the machine. I was told they stopped the machine due to not being able to see my face on Cctv. I was then told the machine stopped working due to low fuel. The men in the garage began to speak in a different language while I am stood talking to them. 3 different reasons was given about the issue with the fuel pump.

Always on their phone whilst serving and having a conversation which means they don't interact or hear what you're saying. Very poor.

Really poor customer service.Attended to use the car wash and collect my third stamp (4th wash free). Due to the fact that I last used the car wash 7 months ago as I wash it at home sometimes. The man refused to stamp the card as it had been too long. Nowhere is there any signage that you have to wash your car more regularly. I asked him to see the t&c?s they don?t exist.I will now avoid all She?ll garages and recommend my friends go elsewhere also.

Young lad on checkout when i asked for bag and was thrust on me and did not pack it went outside to open bag and pack my own bag and ended up carrying said bag. with all my purchases in my hand plus bag unopened. been coming here for a while cannot beleive the none customer service that has arrived since londis has taken over the shop part. And the whole shop is now so overpriced it is a shambles a complete b shambles.

Awful service. The cashier was chatting away to someone on his mobile hands free and never engaged with me once. I asked about an offer and he basically tutted and scanned my item and said no. That's the only thing he spoke to me but the reason for me writing this review is that just as I paid for my items the cashier belched out loud directly at me whilst still carrying on his conversation!! Absolutely disgusting especially with Covid still prevalent. I will not be visiting here again.
