“I spent the whole day at Kuni's today.The staff were fantastic, polite and efficient as they could be.Especially Emma and Oliver around 4pm when there was an increase on customers and just eat orders. They managed the situation calmly and politely.They are a credit to the company.However, the gentleman who I assume to be the manager who appeared during the busy period, only seemed to ridicule and critique the staff.In my opinion, he should have praised the staff for managing the demand.And perhaps feedback be given in private.Not in front of customers.”
