Need to update your opening times. Went to the store at 9pm on Sunday and was told it was closed even though opening hours say 10pm. Either that or someone wanted to clock off a little early

Female member of staff on the till today was as thick as two short planks. Needs serious retraining in (A) her job and (B) customer service. Absolutely useless.

It does well to try and compete with it's bigger brother at the top of Station Road, and still carries a reasonable stock for a small store.

My Daughter purchased an item from this store which was incorrect so she went back within less than a minute to replace the item which the shop assistant said was fine.
Once she arrived at the till to replace the item, she was asked for a receipt which may daughter never had and the same shop assistant who served her would of knew this less than a minute after buying the product so she was unable to replace the product.
I use this store daily but will not return for any future purchases.

This co op is a bit more friendlier than the bigger co op not far from each other. But near the same price, one star extra is for the friendlier staff. And there are open longer on a Sunday. Open till 10pm instead of 4pm.

Don't really like coop they have limited choice very expensive surely we need an asda or Tescos for a bit more competition so not stuck to going in coop as they can charge what prices they like being the only food shop in town
