Worst customer care I experienced recently from barclays bank . Due to a stolen phone and fraud transaction I had to change all my cards and phone number. For the past 3 months I have been behind them to register the app on my new phone which they failed. They couldn?t find the reason of not being able to register on app. Even I have made a complaint via calling customer service , that lady closed the complaint on the same time without finding any solution and offered me £25. No value for my time. I changed my salary account to another bank after living without a bank app. Frustrated and disappointed about their approach. I have been waiting for their IT teams reply for more than 72 hrs and didn?t even receive any E mail yet. Not recommending to anyone. ?????

I had to visit today get some mandate forms sent to the mandate team due to the posted copies not arriving at the department in question.I did not have an appointment but was quickly dealt with, Jo was very helpful and went to great lengths to ensure they was received, phoned the team and scanned my documents and sent and then ensure the mandate person verified they were received and correct.Many thanks

Stay well clear of Barclays, I am a business customer who drove over a 100 miles to purchase a car on a Sunday, the bank would not release the payment made via bacs, when I phoned the fraud team they said I had to go into my local branch to sort, how is that possible on a Sunday and you are a long way from home,They have blocked all of my accounts, It was lucky I had cash on me to get home,This is the third time this has happened on my business account,How can I run my business if they keep doing this and each time it takes days to sort the issue,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!

On a recent visit to kettering branch on November 6th,a elderly lady came in very distressed the lady on the information desk and colleague acted in a very professional manner , being compassionate and caring and helping her apologising to the small queue that had formed and attending to the lady.There was one that moaned but the desk lady remained calm and polite,sorry I didn't get there names ,but great customer service

Travelled from Molesworth to the bank as time says open until 1630 hrs. They were shut. Such a waste of my time. The times need updating!!

Don't open a Barcalys Account if you are planning to transfer any funds across from abroad via a IBAN payment. There Fraud team will freeze the transaction demanding proof. Been 5 weeks now they are holding the money even though the translated proof of sale was sent in to their Fraud Department. All they say its their terms and conditions. The only Fraud is the Bank. Rob your money make interest out of it then when they decide they made enough will unfreeze the funds.

This is the worse bank ever, why does it say open until 4.30pm and when you get there at 4.10pm all the cashiers are shut, so your then sent outside to ATMs that dont work and are covered in god knows what, why bother even open until 4.30 anyhow if you cant offer any services, its a good job Monty Python got on to TV first, this place is a joke, valuable time wasted getting there for absolutely nothing other than a sarcastic remark from the reception as if i should have known cashiers close an hour earlier

Very slow service i went to get the statement printed in branch and no body there to put paper in to machine to get papers printed and absolutely rubish service barclays branc is i been in down north they are more helpful in lancaster preston garstang North a you go is service is better. But kettering everything slow and not getting sorted straight away

Whilst the staff were all very friendly and professional, don?t come here expecting to speak to someone behind the counter as apparently it?s closed! Very frustrating when you work 9-5 and come out in your lunch break to try to sort something the online, app, and telephone banking facilities cannot help with. Would have taken less than 10 mins, but I?m still sat waiting nearly 30 mins later?. Would have been great to have been told about this, having been a customer of this branch for 20 odd years.
