Do not use. I tried to drop off a UPS parcel on two separate occasions ( wrong label from amazon first time, then advised by surly assistant that he needs 3 copies of paperwork ???? )Plainly doesn't want to be inconvenienced by serving customers, he would prefer to be on Internet on phone.The experience was then further... read full comment
