“111 told me to ring this dentist as my own couldnt c me until Feb. Because l am registered with a dentist 15 miles away from my home cant drive because of severe pain 111 said this dentist would c be as a emergency. What a joke. Receptionist said because l was registered with a dentist and taken into account l was in so pain couldnt get to drive northfield dental practice would not c me. Very rude she was l wondered if the NHS know they are getting full funding to c emergencies but not seeing people when in need. Not going to let this drop when l feel better and abbses and pain free this what happened will be reported to the appropriate medical funding department”
