My car failed it's MOT and after a hassle with the garage I had taken it to I brought it to these guys who took it in and had the issue fixed by the following day. Passed the retest. Very straightforward and friendly service. The MOT is due soon on my other vehicle so will be returning soon for sure. Thank you again.

Very good customer service. The "boys" found time for me straight away. They didn't fix my car but they checked and gave me advice. I do recommend.

Wouldn?t even be 1 star.I went here yesterday for a service on my car. I called up and got an appointment on the day. I opted for the major service as it hadn?t been done in a while. Little did I know, it was the worst mistake.I dropped the car at 10:30 they said it?d be done in a couple hours. I waited and waited whilst being at work and got to about 4pm I had to call and ask what was happening. The guy then said the parts hadn?t arrived and may not be done until tomorrow. Not even a phone call to say this?I then went to collect my car and pay what was tagged £191 but was paying £200+ for their ?service?. Asked for the invoice and they put the wrong registration. Wrong engine oil. Nothing to evident my car had been serviced.I called them this morning to ask them to rectify the issue. They said it?ll take about 5-10 minutes to look into it. Here I am, midday and two phone calls later with no rectified invoice. Not one apology.Please avoid this place at all costs.

Sadly, this is the first time I have ever written a one star review. I wanted to replace the tyres on my van and booked in a couple of days before to have four tyres fitted. Details left and said I would head down for 830am start.Arrived at 830am on 24th August 2023 and after sitting in reception for a period of time I was approached and advised the tyres had not yet arrived. No apology offered.Was told they would call me later in day when tyres in so I could head over. No phone call received.Now at 1140am on 29th August and still no call.Very poor service received and will put me off returning to this location.

I am an 61 year old NHS NurseI am an 61 year old NHS NurseI took my car in for its MOT and a Major serviceI Booked this on my day off as i work 12 hour night shifts, HiQ then cancelled my booking due to broken equipment but failed to contact me to tell me. I had to rebook as my MOT was due on a day that i worked so i never had no rest before my 12 night shiftThey fitted the oil filter incorrectly and failed to carry out the standard checks to insure my car engine did not leak oilThis was only discovered after my father in laws brand new block pave drive was covered in oil after a short visit there and huge oil patch on my own tarmac drive. Having then dipped the oil to find my engine shows as zero oil on the dip stickI went to buy oil to return my car to the kettering branch of HiQ as i need my car to get to workAfter half a day i was told my car was now fixed of the leak and that i could pick it upHaving got my keys and returned to my car i saw another huge oil patch and dripping from underneath my carI called the manager who claimed it was just what was left of the oil dripping off my engine despite him assuring me he had cleaned it all and it was spotlessI had to once again leave my car and go home. Having spoke to the manager again by phone later that day i was told it was once again an oil leak and for the second time they had not fitted the part properly and failed to carry out the proper checks as stated on their website on how they carry out a major serviceI now have my car back but with no idea of the damage caused from it driven for well over 200 miles with little or no oil, i have 2 ruined drives and my partner had to have 2 days off to ferry myself and my car two and from the garage at short noticeI was asked by HIQ to put my experience in writing so it could sent to head office who then forwarded my complaint to their area managerHe is refusing to engage with me including refusing to sent me a final response letter which is needed to go forward to an ombudsmanHiQ had signed up to this ombudsman scheme but is not refusing to follow the rules they agreed tooI am left with 2 ruined driveways a car i no longer trust because all the only assurance i was given by the branch manager was that it sounds ok( the same people who caused the problem twice)I have metadata video and photo evidance( place and time stamped) and i have a mileage record of the MOT and Major Taking place and the problem being fixed( 236.4 miles later)I have video showing zero oil in the vehicle and the state of the two drives even after hours of trying to clean themBy father in law is 82 he spent 3 days on his knees scrubbing his expensive and new block paved drive before he gave upIt seems County Court will be my only option will HiQ nowI cant believe what they did to me twice in a row and now ignoring me despite me having emails admitting their failuresAllNHS nurses including myself was awarded the George Cross for bravery during the pandemic by the QueenHiQ has only awarded me so far contempt

I Went in for two tyres to the front of my car and when they removed the wheels I asked them to check the front brake pads because they where advised on my last MOT test and they were very low so I asked them change those too. Well happy with the price and the fact they the work while i waited.
