Toning tables has had a massively positive effect on my heath. The ladies who run it are lovely and nothing is too my trouble. Special mention to my consultant's Lorraine and Heather who are amazing, full of energy and laughs. People who make you feel comfortable is a must when your dealing with delicate issues

Amazing gym. Personal trainer, classes, weigh and measure...all included in cost. Personal trainer works muscles you didn't even think you had!! Friendly people and excellent range of equipment.

I joined the gym just before lockdown. The staff had created a work out plan for me to do whenever I visited with targets to aim for improvement. They listened to what I wanted to achieve and made the plan to implement it.During lock down they were amazing at putting videos online for us to follow at home. They also kept in touch via email to tailor a home work out plan using whatever we had at home be it stairs, tins of beans or proper equipment.Having returned to the gym, I feel very safe there in relation to covid. They have put so many measures in place and take the time to ensure everyone follows them. Booking the time slots means there is always enough room and equipment for me to use whilst maintaining distancing.I have been doing PT sessions. Due to work hours and childcare, I end up doing slots with different PTs and they are all amazing. I love how they know my limits and push me to achieve better, whilst listening to what I want to get out of it.I look forward to the creche reopening and classes restarting. I know I can trust the gym to do it in a safe way because they really do have their members best interests at heart. I have never felt so comfortable or well looked after at a gym before. I would recommend to anyone.

I can't recommend ladies first enough X all the staff are brilliant and really helpful with all your needs X in lockdown they have been keeping all members going with zoom pt Facebook lives and YouTube classes X and also your own personal work outs X brilliant gym I'm so glad I've become a member x

I've been a member here for 12 years now and I would highly recommend it. The staff are amazing at pushing you to your full potential, and the results are so rewarding. A really friendly atmosphere awaits you at a fitness club that has won Gym of the Year twice in a row.

I joined Ladies First just over a month ago now. I have always been afraid of excercise and whether Iâ??d even be able to do it! But thanks to every single member of staff at Ladies first, I have found a new confidence, I have lost just over a stone in weight and toned some areas. I still have a long road to go, but I just love the gym! Words I never thought I would say! The Crèche is brilliant, and without it I wouldnâ??t be able to attend as I have 4 children and limited time, the staff in the Crèche are friendly and all my children enjoy going. I will never be able to put into words how much this has changed me, and I owe a big thank you to Lorraine, who on that first day made me feel so at ease about not just excercise but with who I am ?

I joined just over a month ago after feeling deflated, frumpy and grumpy after quitting smoking. I originally signed up for normal gym membership but after being given a trial month for elite membership i soon changed my plan for this. The PT (personal training) sessions you get twice a week with up to 4 other members are such fun and the trainers really push you ? i am no longer grumpy and in that month my body shape has already changed. I canâ??t wait to see what i look like in 6 months. There are no mirrors and no men, most members are really friendly, i love it. Thank you girls ?
