“A good cinema with all the normal expectations but I'm not sure about the queuing system at the front door blocking the entrance as you go in?I think asking people if they want to have food and making them wait outside is a bit degrading and takes away the pleasant buzz of going to the cinema. I felt a bit ashamed of the people having to wait outside while we walked past them it really isn't a good system.It looks confusing and cluttered when you approach the entrance and makes those poor souls waiting outside just because they want food with their cinema tickets?Surely there's a better way to organise this”
