Friendly staff, poor opening hours....Not open Saturdays now, some weekdays and closed by 4:30pm? Many of us have to work. Saturday's are the only time we can make it to the bank.

The service manager was no help at all! Twice I have thought he was rude and very unhelpful! Didn't even bother to check my details online he made me go on my phone on Internet banking! Talk about customer service gone wrong!
