Very slow, had to return the following day to withdraw cash as was over the limit. \\\"They said they needed 24hrs to ensure I wasn't being scammed\\\" Hmm ok..\\n\\nI have on another occasion had a chaps payment done quickly so that was positive.

I had an account with natwest they said out loud of where I live and my date of birth when the que was nearly out the door

Very very slow. One person in cashiers office serving a large queue of disgruntled customers. 2 people serving 1 customer for the best part of 25 minutes at the help desk. The slowest branch I have been to. The customer service girl was attentive and friendly.

Went in to do a cash deposit, one member of staff on the counter, queue almost out of the door, someone from the upstairs bit kept peering into the sea of bored customers but did nothing. Waited 10 mins then went across the road to HSBC and was greeted by another customer asking if the queue in Natwest had gone! When I left HSBC after a 5 min transaction the queue had made it outside. Banks treat customers like something they scrape off their corporate shoes and don't care how much customer time they waste - Natwest have mastered this art!

Excellent service. Even though they are a busy branch & there are often queues, there is always someone who will come along & ask if they can help in another way eg; use the machines to pay in money etc which helps immensely. All of the staff are always friendly & professional.
