I have been going to this kettering one for some time now for last couple years and last couple months or so they have sent my order out its no where near the same ingredients they use for there pizza doe anymore and the chicken poppers have changed for a fact no where near the same taste as last ones and they send out horrible sauces instead of the original papa johns garlic sauce and they make up prices as they go along and also never ever spoke to anyone ruder then the man in Kettering store absolutely shocking everyone avoid this kettering papa johns by all means !!!

Do not order from here unless you want the driver to shout at you and the manager to huff and puff at you.Absolutely disgusted with this papa johns in Kettering! This has happened a few times I have definitely learnt my lesson and will also tell others not to order from here to!

I ordered a GLUTEN FREE base (Butternut Squash) and was sent the wrong one, I rang several times for the owner to hang up on me and exclaim that they didn?t understand.I have a gluten allergy and they will not sent me the right one, and it?s not the first time they?ve done this. Avoid at all costs and will be reported further.

I ordered a gluten free butternut squash pizza base with vegan cheese.
When the delivery arrived it was definitely a normal thin crust which wasn?t what I ordered. I had a reaction from the crust as I ate a piece believing it was going to be what I ordered. I called them to then be hung up on. So my partner then called and the said they would send out the correct pizza with the butternut squash base that we originally ordered.
An hour went past and no pizza arrived so we called back to be told they hadn?t sent it out and they wasn?t aware of the call that was made earlier ?. Was then offered to have the pizza sent back out again but I declined this offer as we placed the order at 3:17pm and they already failed to send the first replacement!!!
I am really unhappy with this service and asked for a full refund to then be hung up on again.
I never usually have a problem with ordering from here but I will NOT BE ORDERING Again.

Still awaiting my refund after them delivering the wrong pizza ordered gluten free butternut squash base) they sent a regular thin crust. then tried to send me out another one which never turned up. So I asked for a refund. To then be told they will send it. I then got hung up on called 2 hours later to ask about my refund which the reply was I?ll call you back in 5 minutes it?s now been half an hour and still no call back!!

Ordered for collection, got home order was wrong... However upon questioning and calling the store a lovely lady answered well mannered and understanding of my circumstances she got a fresh got one sent out even though we were outside of the delivery radius. Amazing service great recovery from my POV.

Food is good. I'd recommend just ordering from here and taking away. There isn't much seating in here. Only a few bar style seats.

Gave me the wrong pizza and incomplete order. I just called to report but said i need to call later as they are busy. Guy?s answering the phone sounds a bit rude really
