I bought my daughter a pair of size 5 black patent leather shoes , they were far too big for her so I took them back to the shop in Kettering within the hour. We found out that they were labelled wrong and that they were actually a size 7! After trying on all manner of shoes we couldn't find a pair of size 5's. When we produced the receipt we were told that they could not return our money and would only give a credit note! So they sell products that are labelled wrong and flatly refuse to reimburse customers. Beware...customer services appears to mean nothing to this business!!

They are so helpful in this branch.i was a little nervous but they put me at ease made me feel very welcome helped with my choices and when I visited a second time remembered me and greeted me very warmly. This is what customer service should be and the ladies at Kettering select should be very proud of themselves!

Can't get refunds part from that cheap and cheerful.

Don't spend a penny at this store they sell products that are contaminated to hide the rotten fabric won't refund in store and have to send it off to head office
Staff have the ultimate attitude problem too especially the manager Paula
