“I visited the Kettering store with my son today for school shoes. I've always found the staff in this store to be courteous, but today a member of staff was absolutely brilliant. Danni (22) was helpful, happy and knowledgeable. An absolute credit to the store. We actually didn't buy any shoes as they didn't have any to fit, but Danni went above and beyond and located a pair of shoes in the Market Harborough branch for us. Incidentally, Tatum (11) in that store was great too.”

“Placed order for trousers for delivery Sunday 24th not delivered and on 25th still showing courier no collected for delivery. I paid fee for guaranteed next Day delivery looking like it we be 3-4 days if I'm lucky”

“Good choices available at affordable prices. Staff could smile a bit when making communication. Brought clothes, shoes and the girl packed the clothes and did not pack the 2 boxes of shoes. Left wondering if she would pack but just kept staring at me thinking what i am waiting for. Common sense pls put the shoe boxes inside the carrier bag. Done it by myself whilst she looked on.”
