“Had an account with Keyline for 10 years, phoned them up today and said "can I have a price please for a hydrobrake that you would have to obtain from a third party" to which they replied "can't you ring them yourself". (By the way we have to go through a merchant for this product) So we put the phone down and went somewhere else.Further to initial review, i received a call from the Manager at Keyline N'ton who clarified a few things which put things into context to some extent. I am satisfied that this complaint was dealt with and we look forward to continuing to trade witk Keyline going forward.”

“Had a Cimstone marble vein effect worktop fitted recently (before lockdown) and I can't fault it, it looks absolutely gorgeous and is the centrepiece in our new kitchen.The worktop extends around two edges of the room and the splashback was book matched so the veins flow from top to wall perfectly (on one edge, on the other edge we have up stands where there is slight variance but we can live with that).I can't wait to (safely) show it off to friends and family when lockdown is lifted.Particularly impressed with how stain resistant it is (I thought it was marketing shpeel) but tea, coffee and red wine have bounced right off it so far (sometimes with a more vigorous scrub but it's still winning the battle).Special shout out to the fitters who from what I can tell were a nice bunch. But I didn't get to chat for long as they finished the job so quickly (no complaints there!).”
