Car Wash in Northampton, Northamptonshire

“I have to rate 4 as, realistically, it done what was needed. However I have my reasons not to return.I originally visited having got half price on a pro-shield wash due to being with the AA (£5 instead of £10). However, I hadn't realised it was a machine wash; I thought it was manually done. I'm not keen on the machines but you couldn't get out once you were in; without reversing into on coming traffic. The man who took payment was very nice, as I explained I'd never visited before, and he spoke me through the steps. However, after they give the car a once over, you are sent through the machine to do the rest. And then you're let go. But you can't really tell what you're getting. You choose your wash but everyone seems to get the same treatment. Also, once I drove out and checked to see how it looked, I noticed soap splashes dried all over which I had to wipe off and fingerprints were still present on some parts of the car. Overall my car was evidently cleaner but I don't feel this particular type of cleaning is for me.”

“What a fantastic place. You can buy petrol and diesel. I would be even more shocked to find that I can buy coal and woof too so catering for steam powered cars as well as modern cars.”

“I stopped to buy an egg and mayo sandwich meal deal for my lunch and I also bought hot cross buns and daffodils for my Mum and some reduced cream cakes for a treat.There's often reduced bargains here (it's an M&S food).The shop and forecourt are always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly.”

“Definetely recommended. Always come here to grab some petrol for my car as its usually the cheapest station to go to still go here and since I passed which was over a year now I've come here for petrol each time, when I walk in always get hello used to come here often when I went to TBH to grab a muffin and one of the staff always knows I get it everytime, Luci is very nice too majority of there staff gives a warm smile is well however do have 2 issues. 1. Cars parked in the petrol bays & Air Bays preventing people from getting fuel and air for there vehicles or there messing around 2. Space between the pumps are small as the vehicles are getting bigger by the year and some struggle so it is worth to look into renovating the pumps a little more space however overall nice security guards too. “The pay at the pump phone app works well and means I don't have to leave my disabled daughter to go and pay.She's mask exempt so would be at risk, before I get criticised!”

“Feel like there are so many bad reviews, petrol price best around, I got in , filled up, paid, left. I'm getting petrol so don't expect anything else, loads of reviews saying they are rude etc, well I'm not there for a general chit chat they served me and the gentleman was pleasant enough.”
