tried this costa coffee for the second time as its closer to home... wasn't great the first visit and this second visit it was worse... really bad quality cappuccinos.. asked for chocolate dusting got a rude response then too much chocolate dumped on the drinks... had to throw away the drinks and drive to another costa... read full comment

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service. The woman was rude, I asked for a caramel iced coffee there was so caramel the cup must have had a leak as I was covered in coffee. People really shouldn’t work in customer

Good tasty hot coffee and comfortable chair's ideal for people watchingWent here today disappointed staff would not serve in cups as dish washer not working but there was plenty of clean ones available their reason did not want to clean by hand!The current generation are lazy and have it so easy!
