Last week(11/06/22) I went there to purchase a Fridge for my sister ,one of the staffs received us and sent us along with another staff. He was not at all nice and doesn?t have any respect to the customer . We have asked about the features of fridge but he didn?t have any interest to explain . I have also asked about the delivery option and he told me he will let me know after checking and he vanished suddenly and we were waiting there for 10-15mt later I noticed he was chit chatting with another staffs , I have waited again but even after seeing me he doesn?t care to come and not given any clarification about the delivery option which I asked him previously. I don?t mind he is chit chatting or anything else but at least give some priority to the customer who comes there.\\nWe felt really bad there and I don?t recommend this shop due to very bad customer service.

I was attracted by the £100/£150 off some items. Made a list with things I wanted to buy and did a research online before purchasing. Ended up buying all I needed online, from main provided and saved around £650

Ordered item friday for next day home delivery!\\nIt arrived eventually via dpd too morrisons!! Had to go out and fetch. Where does the saving carbon footprint come into this????

Currys had a variety of electronic brands to choose from. Prices were reasonable and fair. The staff were friendly and nice. I was able to purchase what I came for without much hassle. There's enough parking space and space for disabled visitors too.

It's OK. Would be better if the advertising price was what you are asked to pay. I purchased an item, a cheap item and when I paid was told it was a higher price. Luckily I remembered the price and the young lady on the till honoured it. But it shouldn't have happened.

Didn't have a problem with pick up from this store, friendly staff,efficient, took the product out to the car for us. The problem is the fact that when we ordered online we were told pick up, was at NeneValley currys, we had never heard of it some looked it up, and was was St James retail Park, but unfortunately our phones showed us both different pictures for the same location , bit confusing, so to double check we phoned currys, unfortunately they don't have a track of where your order is going to, Nene Valley \\u0026 St James are the same place, according to staff, somebody has put something on Google maps that they cant get rid of, \\u0026 we are not the only confused ones, luckily we did have an idea it was there, but for somebody who has no idea, would be very unhelpful.

I had the worst experience at this store with the manager of the telephone department. The girl from Romania, whom I went to twice with a problem on the phone and didn't solve anything the first time, she said she didn't know what to do. the second time I went with a phone bought right from her. the phone did not work outside the country (I asked if I could use it in another country, she said yes) and I asked her to return my money. she said she couldn't and it wasn't her problem that the phone wasn't working. she behaved very badly and arrogantly and when I bought the phone she opened it for me without asking me if I wanted to open it or sealed it. and when I return it, he tells me that it is not sealed and that he does not receive it back, to do what I want that he is not interested in. I said I was going to write a complaint and she said please do it because it's not my fault you don't know how to use a phone. the worst behavior towards the client and as a manager she is not able to solve anything!

Service was good in store delivery was good but I paid to have my old appliances took away and they are still here and I cannot get hold off anybody on the phone to sort it out

Why buy from here when service and product knowledge are poor? It frustrates me that high street stores are not grasping the basics. I went to pick up an item i have reserved online and was kept waiting because the person serving me got distracted and had to eventually come back and ask me what item it was again as they had forgotten. Worse still, I had predicted that this would not be a good customer experience before entering the store based on my last visit. Why would I buy from here and not online unless the staff have great product knowledge and offer great service? This is why the high street is failing.

Pretty good but not a specialist. Decent prices and great service if you get to know the salesperson. Avoid the unnecessary add-ons like extended warranty or specialist tech services..
