Shocking customer service and an awful attempt at a resolution. I then rang customer service who were no help at all. The manager offered me a white kettle to 'borrow' and bring back to store so they could bin when the kettle I had paid for turned up or if it did not turn up if i brought the kettle back they would then issue me a refund!!!! So many other ways to sort this issue out rather then a perfectly good kettle going to landfill!!

Today was my last purchase here!!!This company has still a lot to learn about business. They made me go 3 times to the store to collect my item and they weren?t ready and at the 4th time I went there they gave me used trimer ?

I came from Wellingborough to Northampton Currys today to be confronted by a nasty little man sat on a chair. He is so ignorant and abrupt told me he didn?t have something in store. I said to him the other curry store has got it. Can I go there, he said no, they haven?t got it there either I went to the other store and they had what I wanted. Can?t believe this Man is dealing with members of the public.

Click and collect was far more useful during COVID. Staff were all waiting for in store customers leaving one person on the desk to deal with complaints and pick ups. Took about 20.mins to collect a small item. . I would recommend either buying online and getting delivered or just going to the store and avoiding click and collect.

Exploited my elderly father. He was vunerable and confused so they just added a £12 after care add-on to a small value electrical item he bought without making it clear it was optional. I wasn't there to intervene unfortunately. I can forgive alot but exploiting an elderly man is unethical beyond reproach. It goes beyond "not caring" about the job and into actively hurting. So sad.

A lot of young staff that are definitely missing customer service training. It took absolutely ages for a member of staff to come over to us. A woman was standing around. I asked her if we could have some help and she said she'd go and get someone. What about her helping?? Then after a long time a young lad appears. Scruffy uniform and no customer service skills. Just grunted at us and said sorry its out of stock and walked off. Shocked how much this store has gone downhill.

I was trying to get a IT technician to look at my computer. I'd been to the Milton Keynes store and was told to go to their Northampton counterpart. I found a helpline to find out if I needed an appointment and was told absolutely not. I asked if he was sure and he said 100%. When I drove all the way to Northampton, an hours journey, not only was there no technician but I was also told that I needed an appointment to speak to somebody! Not only that, they would have had to send my computer away. I've never been more upset in my life. No one at Currys seems to know how it functions.

They sent someone out to fit a dishwasher and he arrived and said he can not fit it because the existing washing machine has not been removed out of the space and he just left and said we would get a refund for the fitting charge. Yet when I ordered it, nobody at the store had mentioned anything about moving any existing appliances. When I went to the store for the refund, one of the staff members themselves said it sounds like the engineer copped out of fitting it.

We popped in here for your ?expert tech advice? about Crome Cast. We have some knowledge but wanted EXPERT advice and asked to speak to an expert. The assistant we spoke to was polite but clearly NOT cognisant of Chrome Cast, taking their information from a google site on their phone. We actually had to advise them on some points! Please, if you are going to advertise expert assistance, at least have some.

I Purchased a playstation 5 at riverside that was faulty. (After 30/60 mins disconnected from controller and WiFi at the same time) so the next day I decided I wouldn't risk having another faulty item and wished to exchange it for a xbox and pay the difference.. (as in policy this is not an issue).. But no. I was left and dealt with the rudest most miserable sour faced woman I have ever met, who had no intention on helping or even wanting to resolve the issue. Sherefused to believe me when I said it was faulty, refused to give me a refund or any exchange for that matter, even though it was with in 24 hrs.. after a little heated debate she said she would only exchange for another playstation 5. It was fully boxed and un opened so I was in my right to change my mind, as it says in the policy. But again the miserable horrible woman had no intentions on creating a happy customer. After calling currys direct they informed me she should have returned it... never again will I use this store and I will deter all I can to save them from the woman who all I can see wanted me to lose out on 400 pounds.... there is a silver lining though as I went to the nene valley retail park store where they was polite, friendly, helpful and resolved my issue in minutes. The team was great and understood my frustration.

AVOID! Its an modern alt gallery! Not a shop! YOU CANT BUY ANYTHING THERE! you will NOT gonna be served by anyone!!! Waited over 15mins at the till to someone can sell me over £200item and looking at 2 currys chaps who was talking to some other man (defo mot customer!) And lauging over 30mins. When I was about to look for manager, finnaly one yound lad (with beard, sorry don't know his name) ask me if I was been serverld already because his mates told him thats someone was talking to me already wich is lie! He was spot on, and sort me out in 1 min! Rest of theirs staff is just wasiting of company money! They should be fired!
