Love the ladies area and the sauna. It?s just such a shame that 3 out of 5 treadmills in the ladies area aren?t fully functional and in the changing rooms it?s tough to find lockers that lock. I wish I could give this gym 5 stars but it?s frustrating that things are broken and aren?t being fixed.

A superb Gym, great classes, personal trainers and facilities. You will 9/10 bump into someone you know due to the family feel. I joined 18 months ago and have never looked back. ??

Wouldn?t change this gym for the world. Amazing classes, trainers and space to train. The staff is always helpful and friendly, highly recommended to everyone!!!

Great Gym, amazing staff and real family vibe. I have been a proud member of this gym for more than 3 years now and I can confidently quote that this is the best gym I have come across in Northampton. Excellent equipment, great service levels and superb hygiene. Even the gym atmosphere is very pleasant and Inclusive. The Management and staff have gone our of their way to create this gym into something really special. Even the prices are very competitive. Superb Gym , Great staff and so pleased i am a member of this wonderful place. All the best to you guys for all your future Endeavours ! -SK

Never seen a gym respond to so much feedback in a positive way.Great parking, lots of new kit and space for powerlifting, and still a lot of space between resistance machines.Awesome atmosphere, changing rooms are brilliant. Really pleased to be back :)

Great gym, lots of different machines. Nice little womens gym as well. Really easy to book classes on the app, and the app itself is impressive too with loads of options to track workouts and food etc.
