“Being an absolute technophobe and after my phone crashed and being told by Apple Support that my data had been lost, I visited Northampton iStore and I must say that Reece and Will were absolute professional stars. I mostly dealt with Reece who explained everything to me and managed to put my mind at ease (after a few days of stressing out thinking I’d lost all my 10,0000 photos). I managed to save my photos and data, I was extremely grateful and relieved! Both young men were very polite, not just to me but to the other customers in the shop. Brilliant customer service. “Originally went with the intention of upgrading my Rega P1 plus turntable with the 50th Anniversary Edition of the Rega P3. Craig was great with the demo set up and let me spend a good hour listening to the P3 using the same Rega IO amp I run at home. We also ended up talking about my speaker setup and I ended up buying a new set of Bowes and Wilkinson 702 S2s and now having this lot set up at home I'm very happy with the end result, vinyl and CDs sound amazing. Craig was very helpful and patient as we switched between a few different sets of speakers. Will definitely be back when the upgrade itch comes back ??”

“I’m editing this into a general reviewI’ve heard about the favell and town CeX rivalry and I would like to confirm town is better easily.The staff are generally nice and have good attitude and communication skills whereas Weston favell CeX was very stingy about everything and didn’t accept things due to them not being “official” (a power cable) whereas town CeX doesn’t really care as long as it is correct and it worksTo sell things you no longer want this CeX is probably your best choice”

“I needed a replacement bulb for my VW Scirocco and I had seen the advertisement for Halfords services. Booking in was easy, I just spoke with a lovely cashier who informed me I would be the next customer so there was no waiting. The man who changed my bulb was really helpful and polite. Although there was an issue with the initial connection, he resolved the issue promptly. The service was faultless and their prices are great. I highly recommend.”

I was served by Jay and a young lady on Customer Services whose name I sadly didn’t get. Both were not only very courteous and friendly but clearly new the exchange process as I was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Both of them are a credit to your company!”
