Had given car for tyre, battery, safety, suspension, catalytic converter, brake check, with being a premium member. No check was done and was returned as is. Then why even have these checks listed in first place. The car was given in first place as it has some braking issues, and told to give me a quote as whole. Was just given tyres quote to rip off !

Took 5 days for them to decide they couldn?t carry out the work after agreeing they would originally. Had to chase for updates. Waste of time.

Just phoned my local service centre and they want £159 to change the oil and filter on a Ford Ka Mk2 !!!! Unbelievable well done Northamptpn for making me laugh out loud

First time and definitely the last time I will use this autocenter.The car was booked in for 4 wheel tracking at the cost of £74.99.When I arrived I was told the tracking will take about and hour, this is a reasonable amount of time and as the weather outside was pretty windy I thought best to sit inside in reception until my car was ready. As I sit there I couldn't help but over hear the receptionist quote a price to a customer over the phone, now what I heard was shocking.... they were quoted around £600 pounds for 4 spark plugs and coils for a misfire on 1 cylinder! Daylight robbery especially when they buy parts in from eurocar parts, the cheapest parts you can buy, it would have been cheaper to have gone to a main dealers and had proper OEM parts installed.There technician's routinely came into reception to say customers will need this sensor or that sensor as there diagnostic were seeing error codes. Error codes only help narrow possible faults on that particular circuit, just throwing sensors at cars is not fixing a problem its closer to crossing your fingers and hoping the issue gets resolved, it's also expensive for the customer, these technicians could benefit from Haynes manual or two!Now back to my car, after about 25 min a tech came into me to tell me that the tracking can't be done as my tie rod had seized, before I could even ask any questions I was told that I would need both sets of tie rods and track rod ends. Now having changed all these parts myself a few months back I thought this very improbable, I took the car back to my house and had a look for myself. I jacked the car up and boom everything came undone pretty easily, I rang the autocenter and got it rebooked for that day. On returning everybody was polite and courteous but I was made to wait for a long time, I can understand that though as all there bookings would be out as they've had to have squeeze me back in. But the again they could have done it properly first time!On completion I was told everything was done though quite clearly after driving the car they didn't center ther steering wheel! I was then told I was going to need new tyre's, but I was prepared for the last sale attempt as I know the tyres are not great and need to be replaced.The best part of the hole experience though was just as I was about to leave, they tried to tell me that the parts they previously told me were seized and couldn't be removed were not actually the parts they meant, its a Fiesta you cant change the castor or camber and only the toe in and out on the front as the rear is a solid back axle, the only adjustment that can be made to this car is with the tie rods and track rods ends for toe in or out, don't insult my intelligence. At this point I had to walk out as my blood boiled.In summary. They are expensive and don't know what they are doing. They do know how to charge customers for parts they don't need though and are even prepared to try and lie there way out of situations they create.Avoid like the plauge.

Absolute top marks from me.This is a garage you can trust. If they start work and find more is needed, or the job isn't possible to do the way it was quoted, they will ring you to discuss the best way forwards and work with you to get a resolution.

Took car for tyre check as tyre keeps going down. They couldn?t find a problem with the tyre but for some reason opened the bonnet (which they said was difficult to do) and now it won?t shut. Not sure why you?d open the bonnet to check a tyre. Complained and they said sorry they weren?t a body shop and couldn?t help even though it was their fault

I Did book my MOT three months ago and they rang me a week today date to cancel the appointment. They are not Trust wealthy and won't recommend them for anyone. Can't wait to cancel my membership.

We had to come off the M1 travelling from Hampshire to Newcastle upon Tyne with our two young children due to a possible slow puntcure. Rob looked after us and got us seen straight away and ensured a tempoary fix so we could carry on with our journey safely. We can't thank you enough.
