Probably the worst branch I've ever been in. One person serving and only one machine for deposits. Decided to go to santander just down the road. A wise choice.

Want a branch I don?t have to go to town for Kingsthorpe was closed it was friendly mixed feelings about town centre one don?t always do what they say they will .. but pleasant unless you look scruffy and not got a mask on ..

My partner banks with Halifax and asked to me to write this review.On 12.3.2020, my partner went into the bank on the market in Northampton, and because the systems were down the staff members were so polite and even made him a cup of coffee while he waited for the systems to be reboot and it took over half an hour to get sorted out and the staff must of apologized half a dozen times they couldn't of been anymore apologetic. My partner said that this branch of Halifax needs to be recognised.

Went with 6 other friends to do nothing bad and they made us feel uncomfortable just because we are teens. They stared at us for the whole time and made us feel very unwelcome, I feel very separated and felt that I was being judged
