I have been going to Hi Q for years for both of our cars and cannot recommend them enough. Service is excellent from the same 4 that have been there all that time and although it's not a regular haunt they always remember me. Friendly, kind, honest and never do unnecessary jobs to make money or patronise. I felt disloyal when my new car came with a service plan!

Brilliant garage with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Bought a new car and only had it a week when things started to go wrong. Called HiQ to see if I could get a last minute appointment and they booked it in straight away. Called me only 20 minutes after I had dropped it off and advised me there were some major things wrong with the car and that the car was unsafe to drive. They invited me down to take some pictures so I could complain to the car sales company and waited patiently for me to arrive. Can't fault them. Adam in particular was really helpful and kept me informed the whole time. All staff were amazing and didn't try to rip me off. Would highly recommend.
