“I live In Milton Keynes and l went to Northampton to look for a new sofa and armchairs because nl have brought lots of different things items for our home l called at rock bottom saw a lovely two and three seater sofa set it looked great but not an armchair the staff was very helpful in asked if he could get armchairs to match he called the makers while I was there and asked if they could make two armchairs and ordered a suite to match l asked if he wanted a deposit he make sure you like them first he can always sell them the service was brilliant nothing was too much trouble and very friendly bOr”

“Really great customer service and variety of tile. The 2 staff members I talked with were very knowledgeable and friendly. One was able to give me great advice on which tile I might need for my fireplace hearth and the other helped me cut the tiles to the very skinny/tricky dimensions i needed. Thumbs up, would gladly go there again for any of my tiling needs.”

“Originally went with the intention of upgrading my Rega P1 plus turntable with the 50th Anniversary Edition of the Rega P3. Craig was great with the demo set up and let me spend a good hour listening to the P3 using the same Rega IO amp I run at home. We also ended up talking about my speaker setup and I ended up buying a new set of Bowes and Wilkinson 702 S2s and now having this lot set up at home I'm very happy with the end result, vinyl and CDs sound amazing. Craig was very helpful and patient as we switched between a few different sets of speakers. Will definitely be back when the upgrade itch comes back ??”

“Such a shame this type of stores are not what they've used to be as the online shopping replaces them. Was always such a pleasure to come around and even though I would've buy all the time something, I would've have the interesting experience of a luxury shop. I have rated only 4* today due to lack of products and sizes. I was looking after tights and body for my baby, but surprisingly there were only one size of each.Lovely and experienced staff, plenty of social distancing measures in place.I WILL still visit as I DO prefer high street shopping instead of online one.”
