I have been working for them now for only a few months now but right from the beginning every person I have come into contact with whether it be office staff or fellow carers, have been nothing but supportive, kind and so helpful to a person like myself who is new to care. I have had training and undertaken shadow shifts which led me to feeling more confident with the clients, with the office team only a phone-call away.
