Food always mising today wrongsize frappes usually no straws went back complained grabbed loads and have needed them twicefrom my cupboard already bad organization withorders Also i would like to know why I cannot get-frappes the only reason i might-add i go there on delivery its basically same as ice cream And milkshakes with squirty cream on top usually leave to melt before to avoid brain freeze and cream is still on-top please management c e os put frappes on delivery service like milkshakes?

Absolute useless, have used mcdelivery multiple times before and have always got my order wrong or missing items. One of the times my order was completely wrong, which resulted in me going up to the store myself and asking why it?s wrong, and them giving the usual answer saying it?s not their problem and for me to contact Uber eats. When given help from a manager it turns out my food was left on the side not even ready for it to be delivered and all cold, eventually the food was all remade after waiting 30 mins for this whole situation to be resolved and like my recent order one of my items was missing and try getting help from McDonald?s themselves and Uber eats I?m not able to get a refund for the missing item or not even the missing item being sent out to me.

I got mcdelivery and not only was the food cold , my order was missing something so i call them up and they said to contact uber eats as they cant do anything , i then call uber eats as told and they said they couldnt issue me and my partner and refund but they said they cannot send out the missing item this is not the first time this has happened, just a useless company

Says open 24 hours - except it isn't. You can only order on the drive thru on a 24hr basis.Even though the door is open, you can't order over the counter.Staff rude. Service slow.More interested in deliveroo and justeat orders than anything else.No milkshakes as usual.
