We were there on a bank holiday weekend, so it was busy. We used the app to order, which worked fine, and there was plenty of seating. The food was to McDonald?s normal standards.

Worst Mc D in the UK! No recipt or order number at self service machine when you order and pay. So you then que at till, eventually told order number, then wait. Eventually told after you order and pay that in fact they actually don't have what you ordered! Then told if want a refund have to wait until manager is on shift and if want alternative have to re order! Shockingly bad will not inconvenience the busy staff here again and will not stop here again so one less customer to worry about :) Going off lack of response to previous customers reviews I assume the management do not care as its generally one off custom not repeat custom so they don't care! Happy days :)

Service was good but the condiment trolley was missing a few bits 'sugar ect" which meant you had to go back to the service area to get the bits that were missing. Still the same service still not up to standard had to watch people who ordered another more later than me before they got to mine.

On entering the building you are greeted by wide airy spaces, with the gentle sweeps of the roof conjuring up images of the a swan gliding to the water surface.The soft glow of the order screen brings a glow to your heart, which begins to spread to your stomach as you scroll past the single, double and triple burger options.The cwoffee brings up notes of summer days by the beach in Devon, and the slight nutty taste of ice cream from the van with just a hint of beach sand.The burger? the desert sweet brioche combines with the indescribable burger sauce and misshapen salad to create a taste profile like no other.Stomach full, one faces north to the motorway slip road with the feeling that anything is possible.

Not the greatest ordering experience of a McDonald's branch but felt for the staff who seemed to be struggling with the amount of orders coming through. Had to order at touchscreen and collect at counter, it took around 15 minutes to get the food. The receipt printer was out of ink and it was difficult to read it and the order number on it we thought it was 82 but it was in fact 92. When we tried to collect our order the staff were also confused with the printed receipt but eventually confirmed it was the correct order. Food was very tasty, fries warm. Good value for a Service Station. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

The store seems to be lack of training and some processing issues. They do loads of drinks first and I overheard a lot of complaints on the drink got cold etc. The staff at the reception are good manner but has to rejected me order milkshake due to short of hand.

Rubbish . Only fizzy soft drinks available then only given half measure in cup. Not given straws or part of food order. No doubt blame us lorry drivers for lack of stock when we know its being delivered into MB . Reason for no milkshakes as I found out this morning when delivering to them turning lorries full of milk away due to no seals on trailer doors

Good service, staff friendly and helpful. Ordered on screen then wanted to add something. Staff at till ensured all ready at same time. Just the seating area was freezing but it was about 10:00pm and it is shared with the other services, so maybe not their fault.
