“Being an absolute technophobe and after my phone crashed and being told by Apple Support that my data had been lost, I visited Northampton iStore and I must say that Reece and Will were absolute professional stars. I mostly dealt with Reece who explained everything to me and managed to put my mind at ease (after a few days of stressing out thinking I’d lost all my 10,0000 photos).
