“Being an absolute technophobe and after my phone crashed and being told by Apple Support that my data had been lost, I visited Northampton iStore and I must say that Reece and Will were absolute professional stars. I mostly dealt with Reece who explained everything to me and managed to put my mind at ease (after a few days of stressing out thinking I’d lost all my 10,0000 photos). I managed to save my photos and data, I was extremely grateful and relieved! Both young men were very polite, not just to me but to the other customers in the shop. Brilliant customer service. “Once again excellent mobile magic stuff from the staff here, problems that I, or my husband, just couldn’t sort - so we went to the staff at Three Shop Weston Favell as we were despairing. This shop has been sooo helpful several times before. A great staff team with great attitude to struggling mobile phone users. I could go to stores much nearer to where I live, but not worth it. Not surprising I’ve now been with Three for 18 years.”

“I’m editing this into a general reviewI’ve heard about the favell and town CeX rivalry and I would like to confirm town is better easily.The staff are generally nice and have good attitude and communication skills whereas Weston favell CeX was very stingy about everything and didn’t accept things due to them not being “official” (a power cable) whereas town CeX doesn’t really care as long as it is correct and it worksTo sell things you no longer want this CeX is probably your best choice”

“We had the most helpful guy .. blond straight hair chin length, glasses, loved his games lol I sadly can't rem his name as I'm a cotton head at min .. but he was so so helpful we kept paying then my son would find a dvd or something and we would keep going back and he would have to stop what he was doing .. u may say that's his actual job but he was so helpful so kind even helping us sort things out and picking up the things I knocked over inwas having a bad day ! But it made the whole experience so much better thank you”
