Just driven from Milton Keynes to Northampton as the website said open till 5 got there at 4.28 doors locked. Tried to go in someone in a suit tapped his watch and said we are closed. I said website says 5 he said i know it wrong. I just wanted to pay money in. Dreadful the worst customer service I have ever come across. I am going to take both of our company accounts away

I locked myself out of the app over Christmas, so I came in today to deal with it. Had a lovely lady who was very patient with me. I think her name was Nazia. Hope she has a great 2019!!

The service is good once you get to the counter but they never have enough staff on to cope with the queues.

There is a popular saying that I would paraphrase as "couldn't organise a drink-up in a brewery" and that definitely applies to NatWest at Weston Favell. During my few years of banking with them they have made so many cock-ups that it's hard to believe. The sad reality, however, is that Brits are actually more likely to divorce than they are to change banks. In the end I became so fed up with NatWest that I switched to M&S Bank, and was promptly rewarded with £125 of M&S vouchers. Happy days!
