Just spend literally half an hour waiting to collect my online order..along with lots of other people, you need to put more stuff on it!

Only ever use to collect parcels and the service is awful. There are usually lots of staff of menswear stood round chatting ignoring customers. I used to work retail so I would understand if it was busy but it never is. No apologies for slow service either

A huge thank you to Catherine at Next Sixfields on Christmas Eve - customer service extraordinaire! Arrived from overseas in the morning and needed a house warming / Christmas gift for a relative - but the Home section of next was covered / closed (I assume getting ready for Boxing Day sales). Catherine asked if we knew what we were looking for, and with some ideas from us, slipped behind the curtain for a minute or two with three options that fitted the brief (in hindsight, very cleverly at different price points as well). She came up with an idea we hadn?t thought of and it was the perfect gift! So much so, we bought two of the item in different sizes. We really appreciated the effort and understanding on Christmas Eve - a day I know when she would have been busy and overrun with plenty of people - just wanted to say thank you for making a difference - and a perfect example of wonderful customer service on one of the busiest days of the year. Thank you Catherine!

Nice staff and the click and collect is very efficient. Just a shame about the queues at times. Returns are really well arranged as well.

Had a nightmare experience with online shopping at next, went in to my local store and was helped by Gemma in the men's section, all be it I didn't get what I wanted, she has got me the required items via 2 other next stores, and went out of her way to help.

The self service pick up and return machines were not working. Unfortunately the team has a can't do attitude!

Disgusted!!! My granddaughter (in her 20's)went in to make a pick up as her mother had to work. After waiting for what seemed forever she walked down to another desk where three female staff were having a jolly time (no problem with that if nothing to do), she asked if one of them could help her...mistake! She was told to go back and get back in the queue and guess what... the book in wasn't working. She gave up in the end and went home. Her mother went down the next day to make the collection. I would like to ask...what do you pay some of your staff for as I too have been turned down when asking for help in the past. I changed my mind and made ALL my purchases this year from M&S where we received great service...

I came into the store to return some items I had bought online for my daughter. I tried to return them on the self service machine but it said I had to take my items to the till. I went to the till and stood in the queue which was just me at this point. The lady serving then shouted over excuse me, have you tried using the self service machine....I replied yes but it's asking me to come to the till. She then says is there no-one on the menswear till, I said not sure...she said oh it doesn't matter I'll do it!! All whilst serving another customer. I get to the till and she scans my items and says you can't bring these back it's now 7 days return on sale items...it changed on Saturday!! To which I said I didn't know...she said well I'm sorry there's nothing I can do. I asked her what I was supposed to do with clothes that didn't fit my daughter and she said I'm sorry I can't help you. To which I said I would like to speak to a Manager...she called for one but a Manager never came. I stood waiting, not knowing what was going on so in the end I went and spoke to another lady. The lady on the till then leaves her queue and comes over and says I'll do it for you after saying she couldn't help me. She takes me to the front of the queue. I told her I'll wait as she has a queue. But she insisted on serving me now!! To which she says just so you know it's now 7 days. I then said it was 15 days when I ordered my items and received them. So because Next changed the policy whilst I had my items the lady had said I still only had 7 days. She scanned my items and said your refund gets done by them not me. She wanted me gone quickly obviously. Normally this store is a pleasure to shop in and the staff are lovely. But I hadn't seen this lady before, who was very rude. She just didn't want to help, she expected me to just leave with items that still had the tags on but I didn't want. Very poor service today I'm afraid.
