I had a small issue with their chat on their website which they acknowledged as not the best but having called them they had already sorted the issue for me. They went above and beyond. Even when I have gone into the stores to discuss items they are so helpful especially in the Northampton, Market Harborough and rushden lakes branches they were really helpful.”
