“I'm a regular at the Harlestone Heath Pets Corner, conveniently located inside the Dobbies. It's my first port of call for everything cat-related. The staff are always helpful and friendly but not intrusive. This must be a corporate quality they have, because the Milton Keynes branch, which I know well, is just the same.Becca at Harlestone has helped me a few times, with a cat carrier, and flea treatments, catnip sprays, cat toys and litter, and is typically enthusiastic and happy to help. ​Over their wonderful pet blankets we discussed our ​own pets with great mutual enthusia​sm.Returns are very easy. They have a great policy and great attitude. I bought a cat carrier not long ago from the MK branch, and a spare lug had fallen out of the carrier in the shop. I called them, and the sales assistant arranged for it to be given to me in the Harlestone branch. Their staff, Milton Keynes and Harlestone both, go the extra mile.
