“I moved into the area serviced by this pharmacy in October last year and because of ongoing medical issues I use it on a regular basis, I have to say that without reserve it is the friendliest most helpful Pharmacy I have ever used, the staff always seem to be happy and can't do enough to help.Most of my items are "non stock" and always arrive within a few days and I regularly get phone calls to let me know they have arrived. The team work tirelessly to help a never ending stream of customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they will always deliver if we ask them too. We have never had anything but gold standard service from the team.”

I contacted them last year because my grandfather who has parkinson's needed his dosette box delivering and his current pharmacy at Blisworth were not willing to do it. It was a night and day experience! Bugbrooke were instantly so helpful and patient with us and it is so appreciated! I literally just called them again today with another issue and they instantly resolved it for me! 10/10 every experience I've had with them!”

“Last Saturday 26th August, I was late in collecting my prescription. I therefore made a call to the pharmacist and they kindly agreed on this occasion to wait 10 minutes after closing, allowing me to collect my prescription. I was so grateful that they did this for me I felt they warranted this 5-star recognition for providing a service beyond their call of duty.”

“Excellent service - though some customers seem to blame them for the failings of other services such as the GP's (who do make mistakes with prescriptions - when they are open that is), nation-wide medication supply shortages, or 111 who just say "go to the pharmacy" not knowing how busy that pharmacy might be. Those customers are "happy" to wait weeks for a GP appointment or many hours in A&E but can't wait 10 minutes waiting for a prescription........Remember folks, your local pharmacy is a private business & not part of the nhs!”

“What an excellent experience compared to Wells Chemist on the Timken development. This chemist is fantastic from start to finish. The initial lady who served was polite, friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. She had just finished serving and elderly gentleman to who she couldn’t have been more helpful or supportive. The pharmacist was equally friendly, polite, professional, supportive and engaged. This is in complete contrast to the behaviours at Wells Chemist on the Timken estate next to the doctors in Duston. The team in the Limehurst Square chemist are brilliant and I can’t thank them enough for renewing my faith in people doing a job they clearly enjoy and believe should serve the local population; thank you Limehurst Chemist”

“Very confused by some of the reviews here as I frequently have to drive across town to this pharmacy since leaving the area as having called around various pharmacies in the town they have been the only ones able to fulfil our prescriptions on the day rather than having to order in. They are always friendly, Vicky knows us by name and is always ready to serve us quickly and efficiently.”

“We went to Lloys Pharmacy at Green view Drive for Covid tests before going on a cruise. We had originally booked with Boots and after logging all our details and ordering out test the nearest place to go was Milton Keynes and there was no appointments available. We phoned Lloyds Pharmacy and the lady was very helpful, booking the appointment online was very easy and we got a text to remind us. The testing was very quick efficient and friendly and a certificate was given to us before we left. Most impressed thank you.”

“I just wanted to express my appreciation for Unidrug Pharmacy. We have just moved into the area and my wife has somewhat complex needs regarding medication. I thought it would be a pain to get all the prescriptions set up but Unidrug have been really helpful, and now deliver the dosette boxes to our house every week, as well as being very helpful and prompt when I have to order items that are not in the regular dosette. I'm very pleased with their service.”
