Always friendly and helpful.Also an Aladdin's cave of useful hardware items,that can save you driving into town.”

“Wanted to post parcel with printed label from eBay, but staff member refused to accept it stating that the weight is wrong. In fact it was printing mistake, however the weight of parcel was way in weight limits for this type of parcel. Needed to go back to home, cancel the label, print it again and go back to the post office. This time was refused to be serviced at all and told to go to another branch. When question the woman and told her their bosses never had a problems like that, I have been using their service for years, she answered she is the boss and will not serve me. I believe if they don't want to provide post office service they should have their licence void. I fully respect the owners as I know them and know their run family business, but this employee has totally rude manners.Update:I've just spoken with the old owners son and the situation was explained. Adding stars, as they deserve it as a business. But very bad impression of the service by that woman can't be erased so easily.”

“ Mandy is the heart of the village shop and post office! I live in Sywell and her store is the only one in walking distance with a small child in tow! It enables me to grab bread or milk of the essentials and to collect any missed parcels without having to drive! ”

“Always a great experience. The girls Crystal and Kelly always willing to help. Will even come out to the car to carry parcels into the shop. They are chirpy, funny, friendly and very knowledgeable. They also go the extra mile patiently watching over those who are elderly and those in need of assistance in other ways. Definitely make everyone who enters this Post Office feel welcome and important as a customer. Absolutely a big Well Done”

“I go there once a week for my TV magazine, to pay my council tax once every 4 weeks and to do the lottery every 4 weeks. I go there because its nice and quiet has with little queues and a very nice lady who I believe maybe the owner that has such lovely manners and is really likeable.”

“Friendly counter service, long queue but managed efficiently. NO PASSPORT APPLICATION FORMS AVAILABLE HERE. Why not?? Totally bonkers you can get a setting up a new business form but not a passport application form. Only available from the main post office on St Giles, which also has a photo machine inside.”
