Excellent serviceThis is a great place The staff are friendly and very helpful. I had a problem with the one of the petrol pumps told a staff member (Luke) that the pump wasnt working and he was very helpful and was able to help me fix the problem I was having with the pump. I will definitely be coming here again.

Oh my. I used to enjoy using this as my pitstop. However they have an extremely rude member of staff. Luke. What a horrible horrible person. He was rude to me and obnoxious and made me want to leave. Then he made me want to hurt him which I would have done if I was less of an adult Luke needs to be shot hung drawn and quartered in my opinion and the place needs to be shut down after how I was treated

My parcel gone missing due to cashier's error. Week later I went to ask what happened, as I couldn't find tracking number on receipt, and wasn't provided any tracking information from delivery company. Manager started to look for excuses. Apparently she couldn't find me on CCTV, even tho I have receipt cashier gave me on the day I dropped package, with an exact time and date on it. ????? Later on she came to me and said that she THINKS that receipt is not mine, as they don't give them anymore. ?????? Right... At the end she took my phone number, and said she will give me a call next day, as she needed more time to look into CCTV footage, and talk with cashier who worked on that day. No call, no apology, no parcel ??????

Awful local store use them daily yet got nothing but abuse from the pathetic little girl behind the counter tonight, she started screaming and threatening to black list my vehicle when I asked her to drop the attitude, will be taking this further and maybe she needs a new job as she was shouting she doesn't f%^ing get paid enough to deal with this??? Really????

Having only 2 LPG stations in Northampton and Spar BP being very very busy, always out of order even including 2-3 petrol pumps every other week!!

Having only station with Lpg in town quite annoying, especially when most of the time there is no Lpg available at that station. Staff should remove the price from display if no fuel available.

Staff are pretty rude, carrying on conversations when customers need serving is quite rude. Also the meal deals are a waste of money as hardly anything is included.

Go there a bit, reasonable price, pick your bread type, pick your filling from chicken, meat or vegi, pick you salad filling , then pick your sauce. Choose a drink from selection of hot drinks, fizzy drinks or bottle drinks. Reasonable priced.very good when not many customers, but when a queue developed, staff can be overloaded as they give a very personal service, so you have to be patient. Seating area could be expanded more. To much room given to crisps.big positive to have a t.v. whilst eating food. When sat at small seating area and slide doors to entrance operate, cold air hits you. Would be nice to have an enclosed screen with more stool seats. Staff are excellent. Food sub's served are tasty. Good range of relish sauces. Coffee O.K. but is light on milk.many customers have to ring bell for attention whilst staff in preparation area. Staff should have a CCTV to see clearly if customers waiting. Loyalty card system pretty rubbish as if you forget to scan card or computer system down, then you have to jump through Olympic hoops to register your points. no toilets in petrol station so not good. Would be good to have a novelty guest sub of the week, and guest sauce of the week,I.e. sweet wasabi ect. New staff sometimes find using critic computer system hard. Not user friendly. All in all not bad

I would like to say that it is not a good company,2 weeks ago i called them to recovery my car because the car keys was stolen,my car was in good condition some marks on it but nothing big,when the guy came to take my car he told me to go drink some coffee at home and he will open the car without keys then he will put my car on the recovery car and he will come to my doors to sign the papers,and he did so,but the issue is that he did not told me that something happened when he was putting the car on(he said nothing but he put X on the recovery papers that there is a damage on the rear side of the car).Me and my wife can swear on God that there was no hit on the rear side before he started to deal with our car,we was 3 hours after a robbery in our house so he used a good moment that i was confused,nervous and shaking inside,probably i would sign everything what he was giving to me just to make me sure the car is safe in a safe place.When he delivered my car to the garage,they called me that there is something on the rear side of the car,but i could not understand what they are talking about because i did not expected that a recovery car driver could damage my car,and i was thinking they are talking about some other damage i had before(trunk pumps not working),English is my second language so they all know that its easy to put somebody like me in a word trap.And now i do not know what to do i signed the papers at 5-6 am in the morning to get my car asap in a safe place and the guy behaved like this putting some extra X on the papers making me signing that when he is taking the car the damage is already there :( thats very sad that no one wants to take responsibility now for damaging my car.
