Recent visits have been great! Want to thank Savannah for being approachable answering my many questions! She was friendly and helped me pick a few tanning and makeup products. Staff by the till are always friendly too :)

Ordered an emergency repeat prescription and was told that they cannot supply prescriptions to products that they sell on the shelf. You have to purchase it even though it's on your repeat list. It's not entirely their fault but that policy needs looking into. Otherwise the shop is well stocked with a good range of products and friendly staff. The only other problem I would have is that they do not have customer WiFi and you lose the signal to the Grosvenor centre WiFi when you go halfway into the shop. Not a big problem but it's still a problem.

I had a flu vaccine today and the pharmacist was excellent! Unfortunately I did not catch her name but I thought her approach was amazing, very friendly and trustworthy - I did not even feel the vaccine go in! I would definitely recommend Superdrug and especially now for their pharmacy ?

I recommend the shop.Very helpful staff, the girls are very nice. A large selection of products, very affordable prices and offers of the day or week. Loyalty card, well done collecting benefits, they accept the employee's NSH card (don't you think from the NHS blue card they don't accept it).

Went inside to test out some of the fragrances, was approached by a sales assistant with glasses and braids, she at first asked if we needed help to which I replied ?no I was just trying out the testers? but she replied that not all of the bottles were testers as if we were actively opening sealed bottles, which was a embarrassing to be accused of something of that nature. I can read and I was only trying out the ones clearly marked testers. Maybe they had issues in the past with customers opening bottles for sale but I know what is right and wrong. She was trying to be helpful but instead came off rude and put me off shopping. Staff needs better customer service.
