Stay away, VERY RUDE (If you want to be treated with no respect by a John Cleese character this is the place for you) the young staff are lovely and pleasant. Totally opposite to the landlord or manager.

Visiting the New Inn with its open fires and canal side presence really takes you back into the history of the early introduction of the canal and the roman road which is now the busy A5.
Open fires, romantic setting, Large canal side garden and period features with nooks and crannies for you to explore.
