Went to Malvern Grove Pharmacy for a Blood Pressure check. Can?t praise Fahima and Jude, highly enough. They were both so thorough and willingly took time to fully explain the results in such a friendly manner. Very impressed indeed with the excellent service which I received.

Always brilliant service from the staff at Touchwood Malvern Grove. New refurbished premises now with self collection for prescriptions. Our Blood Pressure was taken on site , Pharmacist Fahima was lovely and kind and very knowledgeable.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful! They really put you at ease. I've been using this pharmacy since the beginning of the pandemic when I was struggling to get hold of preventative inhalers for my asthma. While other pharmacies just said they had no stock (one even said 'good luck with that') the staff here explained the shortages of the medicine and gave alternatives, which was, of course, incredibly useful for an asthmatic living through a respiratory pandemic! Would highly recommend and thank you to the staff for all your work.
