I had to wait 15 minutes at the till and was just one guy there. In the back were 10 guys chatting and laughing, and we were 5 people waiting so one guy could sort us out. ?

First time I went to travis Perkins today to buy some timber for trellis, I met Brad, he was very supportive and patience and used customer centred approach to support me.I had a great experience with Travis Perkins. I wasn't quite sure what I needed or where to look but I needn't have worried as all the staff I encountered were so happy to help...a member of staff came forward as soon as I entered and so I'm very happy to visit again for my DIY needs.So nice to receive proper customer service....Thankyou

Place is so disorganised, don't know what the people were doing behind the counter but didn't seem that interested in helping people and the two men in the yard too busy playing on phones to see me even standing there !! Joke of a place, will not be returning that's for sure !!
